- Some Coaster may show a different number of cars available in the color menu then are actually available on the ride. E.G. Corkscrew Roller coaster and "Crazy Caterpillar"
- Maintenance works will need to be placed inside their "patrol" regions once the region is set for them to stay in the region.
- Some rides have locked colors, but have not had the paint option disabled.
- Some trees will remain when using the demolish scenery tool.
- The "Grand Canyon" scenario's landscape cannot be altered.
- The Six Flags tracks cannot be saved or modified. When you view one you will notice the save icon will not be enabled. (This setting has been disabled starting from PR #1694.)
- When creating a scenario and setting the objective to "Number of Guests" there will also be an automatic objective of keeping the park rating above a certain number.
- When creating a scenario and setting the objective to "# of roller coasters" there will also be an automatic objective of keeping the excitement value of the coasters above a certain number.
- In the scenario "Six Flags Great Adventure" the number of guests is checked at the end of a day. You may see your number of guests exceed 3000, and some time pass before the objective is completed.
- In the Rainbow Summit scenario, the description of "tall" means building above the tree line.
- When demolishing a pre-made ride that includes scenery that scenery will not be removed.
- In Windows XP there may be a small graphical corruption when viewing the dialog boxes.
- The ride, Dinghy Slide is listed under Water Rides even though the ride does not involve water. This will not affect the performance of the game.
- On some track rides, the cars may not appear until the ride has been opened and in some cases the cars disappear as you change the number of rides but reappear when you open the ride again. This will not affect the performance of the game.
- The support pylons for tracks with tight turns on some rides may appear to be off center. This will not affect the performance of the game.
- Some scenery is too tall to fit within the scenery selection screen. However, when placed in a park, the scenery will be completely displayed. This will not affect the performance of the game.
- When entering the text for some signs, you may enter more text than can be displayed on the sign. This will not affect the performance of the game.
- Some rides allow you to add ramped tracks that are too high.
- Some rides or attractions may appear more than once in the attraction selection screen. This will not affect the performance of the game.
- Some rides in the ride selection screen may be too large to fit within the available park space.
- Some pre-made hanging coasters do not change their operating modes even though that option has been selected. This will not affect the performance of the game.
- Some rides allow the passenger compartment to exceed safe speeds and breakdown each time the ride is opened. Re-edit the ride so the cars maintain a safe speed.
- In some rare occasions, the option to buy land may appear on the menu when there is no land to buy. This will not affect the performance of the game.
