Syer10 57ff9095a8 Rewrite backend ...

- Use Tachiyomi 1.x Preference backend
- Switch DI from Koin to Toothpick
- Use gradle BuildConfig library to move variables from gradle to the App
- Switch from Logback to Log4j2 with slf4j implmenetation
- Try to use the same java as the application for the server
- Add Run Debug run configuration
