OpenRCT2 has introduced various new track pieces into the game. Many of the new track pieces are unfortunately not supported in track designs, as the old TD6 save format is limited to 255 different track ids and OpenRCT2 is sitting at 300+ supported track ids now. While a new track design file format is being developed, the release of such format is still far away.
Until then, it will not be possible to save TD6 track design files with the following new track piece:
- Small and large zero G rolls
- Medium half loops
- Large corkscrews
- Dive loops
- Diagonal brakes and block brakes
- Diagonal boosters
- Diagonal sloped turns (both banked and unbanked)
- Sloped brakes and block brakes (both straight and diagonal)
