Daniel Shusta	21419d3cbb	`hw.availcpu` isn't available on MacOS Monterey and seemingly hasn't been guaranteed to exist for a long time. This causes `make -j` to have no argument spawns hundreds of build processes . Replacing with `hw.logicalcpu` is declared in sysctl's man page as "The number of logical processors available in the current power management mode".	2021-11-07 16:56:44 -05:00
