Reword form text to avoid misinterpretation
...
Players sometimes interpret "Issue with building the game" as an issue that has to do with building things in-game. This change should make this item less confusing.

Improve placeholder text for steps to reproduce
...
Move value to placeholder, so the field is empty and the user has to write something in this field themselves.
Provide simple example steps to make it more clear what we expect.
